These are wonderful!Gabrielle
Thank you. :D
Those are lovely! My fav is the one with the frame around it. I love the last one too. Joy and Peace aren't words normally associated with vampires, but Spike's expression here is so soft.... It's beautiful.
Thank you. I rather like the framed one best too. I didn't realise but they had Christmas cards back in the 19th century and they'd become quite popular by the time William was tuned. The green framed one is my version of one. :DThat last one I thought looked so totally souled Spike so I thought he'd say something like that. Lol!
Stunning!! Just stunning. I love the coloring on the bottom one.
Thank you very much. Isn't photo shop just amazing. The same picture can be made to look so different - over and over again. :D
Thank so much. :D
I love Victorian Christmas cards and you've captured the beauty of William's era. Love the bottom one also. Should I say serene Spike?
Thank you. A Victorian card popped in my head and I tried my best to recreate it. Definitely serene Spike in the bottom one. I couldn't help but write something serene for it. :D
They're all lovely.
I do adore William and they are so very pretty. I like the bottom one as well.
I too love William. I wanted to do something for him. Thank you. :D
In Denmark there's this tradition in a lot of homes that you read a children's rhyme book called Peters Jul (Peter's Christmas) during the holidays. It's from 1870 and there are all these lovely drawings in it. What I mean to say is that the coloring and the tree you've used looks very late 1800s to me. I like the green framed one especially :)
Oh thank you. I spent quite a bit of time playing and blending to get the colouring for this because it is my recollection of what I remembered from childhood stories in that time also. The green framed one is my rendition of a Victorian Christmas card which were apparently quite popular back then. Thank you again. :D
Beautiful - and it's great to see one devoted to William and his Christmas with his mother - I like the green border very much. Great use of that scene from the series.Love the contrast with the contemporary second card. I did one with William and his Christmas this year as well - nothing as fancy as yours. Thank you. I wanted to do a William one as soon as I signed though it took a while to get something that I liked together. Love Photoshop so much. Amazing what one can do with it. :D
These are all simply stunning love. :D
Thank you very much. :D
